Thanks for your reply. I downloaded OTS, began to follow your instructions, but there was no box that said 64 bit. Should I go ahead and scan anyways? Or is the box hidden somewhere?

My apologies I forgot to remove that from the instructions as you do not have a 64 bit system Run the scan without that

Thanks I did the scan and can't get it to upload I really am a moron. Tried to post results but it was too long. I browsed my files and chose the OTS.txt but it just won't work - any ideas? Thanks again!

Right, I did that before and I get 'you did not select a file to upload', which I did. Under the browse and upload boxes it says Max. single upload size 500K. I am following the instructions. When I hit the Browse button I get the File Upload window and choose the OTS.txt file. Then I open the file, which puts the file's name in the box, then I upload...

Ah I see why you had problems with it, have you just updated to SP2 ? As the file is quite large Start OTS. Copy/Paste the information in the quotebox below into the pane where it says "Paste fix here" and then click the Run Fix button.
