Today started as normal.
1 I ate my 4 egg, cottage cheese and 30gs of normal cheese Omlette for breakfast at 6:30am.
2 then at 10:00am I ate 100gs cooked rice with 1 and 1/2 tin of tuna and 25gs of light mayo.
3 Then at 2:00pm I ate my 170gs of chicken with 100gs of cooked rice and chicken n' leek soup over the top.
The n.o-xplode tub says to take on an empty ...
dont take it on an empty stomach, looking at what you have said, you were training 3+ hours after your last meal.
I eat a meal at about 1.00pm, NO xplode at 2pm, or 2.30pm latest and then train 30 mins later still...works just fine.

Yeah im going to battle on with it, i must be a pu$$y and only need to take 1 scoop. I'll try with food next time, i dont want to waste it. it cost too much!
I gave it a go, my lifts went down... I felt tired in the gym and as soon as I got home had a sketchy stomach.
As soon as I stopped taking it my weights went up and I felt alot better!
Maybe just too many stims for me.
Its certainly very popular on our site and from what i gather up there in the top band of pre-workout supps. Personally i like cnp pro gf or phd max pump.
just a quick update. took half a scoop this time felt it a tad but i really needed abit more. gona go for a full scoop on monday. I was going to do it today but didn't want to feel like sh!t and didn't know if i would.
You should be fine with an hour-ish between meal and no-xplode I only eat 15-20 minutes later cause i will vomit if i don't, i'm VERY sensitive to it, i take half a scoop, once in the morning and still feel it at 2-3pm. everyone is different, you just have to find your own tolerance and routine that works for you sweetie. I think i tried some of the extreme nutrition tropical punch, tasted like hell. But trained arms and they where pumped, Didnt need to make a mess on the toilet or no such other side effects. If i could afford to supplement with it all the time i would
