Where are you guys getting Fluid for the 48RE from? I understand it is ATF+4

Autozone. It is ATF+4 synthetic.

Wal Mart tech ATF+4 is the same fluid as Mopar ATF+4 @ $2.00 a Qt less or more.All ATF+4 is license and manufacture under the same agreements.Only relabel at retail sales.

As mentioned already, all *licensed* ATF+4 is fully synthetic, whether it's Wal-Mart's house brand or Chrysler's own Mopar brand. This is Chrysler's official web site for ATF+4: ATF+4 Information Center Best regards, John L.

Mopar ATF+4, 42,000 plowing, towing, beating the crap out of it miles. Waiting for it to grenade so I can get a goerend trans............? My local NAPA has Amsoil ATF+4.
