Sacrificial Offering
Sorcery
Each player sacrifices a nontoken creature.
(White has come a long way since Black got Innocent Blood . The nontoken clause allows White to somewhat work around the balance of the effect, which is nice.)
Conjure the Decoy
Instant
Put a 2/2 blue Homunculus creature token onto the battlefield.
Draw a card.
(I imagine art with Jace standing ...

Feels very wrong. Not saying it is incorrect, but I for one do not want to see this card.

Just to clarify what Megiddo's saying, you can discard 0 cards if the activation is "discard your hand". If it instead said "discard a card" then you could not play the ability since you would have no cards. But you always have a hand whether or not cards are in it, so just to confirm it, Megiddo is correct.
sacrificial offering - no, I still don't see this as white.
conjure the decoy - certainly could be green, but this feels totally blue in flavor. The name, the fact that it's an instant, all of it.
trailing scream - really fantastic design!
battlemage - so the weird thing I think Meggido is getting at is that this sort of just untaps for free once your hand is already empty. Not safe.

Sacrifical Offering - How is this a White card?
Maddened Battlemage - Like others have said, you can discard a hand of 0 cards - see Null Brooch
Overexposure - For this card to be remotely useful, your opponent needs to be holding 4 or more non-creature cards in your hand. Generating a single mana isn't very exciting - both Elvish Spirit Guide and Simian Spirit Guide can do this ...

I can't see this being white, as...
Spiderboy, how are any of the changes you made remotely similar to the original cards?
I think creature sacrifice in essence should be white. Especially Innocent blood effects.
Sacrifice ?
I didn't say they were the same design. I was saying what I got out of them and giving suggestions.
1) Offering shouldn't be white. I was giving an example of a fix that could be white. Instead of each player sacrificing a creature - everyone loses one for a turn (via white's blink effect), but I can see what you mean by the religious aspect of it.
2) The ambush card is similiar except ...
So no one can stomach Sacrificial Offering. That's okay. I predict White will move in this direction before long. Maybe not with the nontoken clause, but that's my thing.
Conjure the Decoy would probably be a creature with Flash if it were green. I also think it's overcosted, however, Blue loves EOT dude and cantrip, so I can see it being a cost people are willing to pay. Blue often has to ...

If it is important to have the card untap, why not put that as part of the resolution? "Discard your hand: For each instant or sorcery card discarded this way, ~ deals 2 damage to target creature or player. If at least one card was discarded this way, untap ~." Gets the effect with the same potential to break. Either way, I can't see a Q ability ever not getting a mana activation attached to it, ever.
