Hi everyone, I own a Toshiba satellite A200 (2 years old). In the past month or two, it has been freezing almost every time I use it. It freezes to the point where the mouse won't move, Caps lock key won't light up etc. I have to hold in power button to reset it. I took it to a technician, who said it was probably the heat. He ...

Thanks for the reply. I did all the things you asked (was I meant to delete all text under the Debug pci heading? If not, I'll do it again with doing that).

Autoruns and Everest report looks pretty good. let's look at some other issues. I disabled all start-up items (most of them I had disabled anyway) and it still froze. I wasn't even using the computer - it was just idle, and I came home to find it frozen.
