Curt Hennig was AWA Champion in the late 80s. That was a major title back then(recognized as a World Championship by PWI in the day), unless they mean WWE title or WCW(now WWE WHC). I also guess it is only singles titles, as Tully and Arn was NWA TTC and Rick Rude also held that same title with Manny Fernandez. Davey Boy was WWE TTC with the Dynamite Kid as the British Bulldogs.

I've always been amazed that Piper was never a world champ. He had as much appeal (outside of wrestling) as anybody. Did Jesse Ventura ever hold a world title?

ah ok. i loved hearing him talk, he was a showout. now is anyone for sure Ted Dibiase didnt win a major title? I could have swore in the late 80s early 90s he had. maybe it was just the million dollar belt i loved that thing.

Very interesting list and I was always a fan of Arn Anderson. One hell of a wrestler in my opinion that never got his due. He could have been a first banana instead of a second banana but for some reason never got that chance. As for some of those guys on that list like Blanchard I would think that his lifestyle may have had something to do with it. Blanchard had a past of drug addiction and my ...
