My energy has been up for days, but all of a sudden it crashed last night. I was in bed before my Wife and 4yr old! Still feeling sluggish this morning. I got up and did 2 reps of 10 push-ups. My arms...

We have all "hit that wall" before, your body is going through some new "stuff" so it is going to do have some strange reactions at times, nothing too drastic, but things like that wall...it will pass and all you need is some patience and determination. Just make your self keep going. I just keep going and with in a few days my energy was back up more than ever. I am walking everyday for 60 minutes. In that time i get in just a hair over 3 miles in. I told myself that I going to start increasing the intensity starting today. I may increase the time or start jogging some or all of the hour. I stepped on the scale again this morning and total wt ...

Way to go, Eric!!! That is soooo great!! You are doing a wonderful job! Just a thought here (I have a nephew who is a personal trainer so he sends lots of little tidbits my way that I think are pretty helpful) if you are wanting to crank up the results from walking, try adding in short bursts of sprinting throughout the walk. This doesn't let your body get "used" to the exercise you are ...
