i am tired and sluggish too as always. i have lost 33.6lbs in about 2 months. well i started at the ened of aug. so a little over 2 months. im always always always tired. im hoping if i can get myself under 200lbs i will fill better.

Just a thought here (I have a nephew who is a personal trainer so he sends lots of little tidbits my way that I think are pretty helpful) if you are wanting to crank up the results from walking, try adding in short bursts of sprinting throughout the walk. Thanks for the tip! I will try that for sure. I just got back from a 1 hour and 15 min, 4 mile very brisk walk around one of my coworkers neighborhood. I feel great! I now understand the term "Natural High" Get it up everyone and God Bless!

Eric i agree with you and that it is funy how when you start loosing weight your hole prospective change you are happy and confidence come back even the people around you seems happy to. thing have completely change for me in a lot off ways.
