Okay, so recently I accepted two fights for saturday...but I was supposed to drop down to 200.lbs. I came up five to ten pounds over weight, I did ALOT of cardio and had a clean diet. I also power-lift atleast once a week. What my typical weekly schedule looks like is: Monday- Full body power lifting (20 mins) boxing, 2 hrs. Tuesday- Cardio (sprints 80.yds 10X, 1/2 to 1 mile run) Boxing ...

Hey, I tried this new supplement from http://koping.mygooddiet.info. They have a risk free trial on currently. What it does, is rinse out your colon, there will be as much as twenty lbs in there, and no measure of dieting and exercise is about to obliterate it. Give it a try out - I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!

Your schedule looks great, you're getting in enough cardio and weight lifting to even our your lean muscle ratio compared to the rest of your body. The only thing i could recommend is to try to eat healthier, if you;re not already. Whats your average distance for your cardio? it is flat like a track, or hilly like suburban streets? More often, with distance running you lose more weight, but ...
