Anatomy of a choke: Tiger choked. Missing that many putts on Sunday = choke. Blowing a four shot lead going into Saturday = choke. He did not show the classic 'Tiger killer instinct' his whole round on Sunday and certainly not on 17 and 18. Why not? Because he didn't have it. The killer instinct was stuck right there in his thyroid gland. That's what choking means.

tiger did choke, he shot over par and he missed every putt. tiger missed at least (from the top of my head) 8 putts that he normally makes. that said, we should be taking anything away from yang, he went-toe-to-toe with the big fella and not only came out victorious, but hit some big shots to do it. his sand shot on 13 (he had a weird angle to get at that ball, and managed to hit it close enough to save par), the eagle chip on 14, his approach...

Well they are already changing the rules for the new irons next year, which will make it harder to hit irons/wedges out of the rough. So either more tour players are going to carry utility clubs or they are going to have to regulate those also
