I spent about 9 years of my life in a small town in Northern New Mexico called Las Vegas. Not the Vegas with flashing neon lights, showgirls, and casino's... The Vegas where nepotism rules, violent crimes are a pretty regular occurrence, and most of the time nothing comes of charges when they are pressed.
I moved there when I was 7 years old, and moved away when I was 16 to finish high-school ...

a couple years ago when me and my wife were coming back to Amarillo from Cripple Creek, we took the wrong turn and didn't figure it out til we got to Las Vegas. we stopped there to get gas, and that was about the scariest place I have ever seen. Where I am right now, this happens as well and is kinda treated as part of life.
More often than not, just threatening with the sidearm is the most common occurrence.
The last major case with regards to road rage shooting was when a bus sideswiped a sedan and kept on going AND evading the sedan until the sedan caught up, blocked the bus and pumped the driver full of lead.

A guy I went to High School was also killed in a road rage incedent. It was a hairy trial but the shooter wasn't convicted. Both professional, guy I knew was an investment banker and the other guy ...
Sounds to me like someone's testosterone level got out of whack there.
One is 21, . . . the other 22, . . .
One's Cadillac is "almost" hit, . . .
The other has a PO'ed driver getting in his face publicly, . . . then punching him.
I think the shooter could have probably broken it off and just left, . . . maybe having to look like the non-macho, . . . but I wasn't there, . . ...

They take their sports VERY seriously. I really think that the situation could have ended without someone being shot, but I also wasn't there to see all of it.

Lemos would have had to have a weapon.
