actually, what they should do is close shop and write off 100 years + of failure.    That's exactly what I was thinking     they won't though, they'll line up in droves to pay top dollar to watch them fail yet again. They would accept that trade in 2 seconds   Why? They don't need Jake Fox first off, and NO ONE would want Milton Bradley. I question your logic for thinking that they would even accept it, despite the 2 seconds thing. Oh, and one more thing that you might not realize. Carl Crawford is worth MUCH MORE....

I would expand that first trade actually   Fox , Bradley, and Aaron Miles for Crawford and Longoria.  (assuming the Rays eat some of Longoria's contract of course)
