I'm looking for a less processed/more natural alternative to BSN True Mass (weight gainer protein) I have been using this for a few months and I really like it as I have gained some mass/weight in addition to my strength training, but I am worried about the casein and all the other ingredients in it -- looking for something that is healthier but still has a lot of protein in it and calories...
