Thread: Thinking of starting my first cut tomorrow

What do I do? Lower calories and do cardio? Can I still lift weights, take creatine, etc?

Which is more effective for strength and mass gain. A 4 day split or 3 day?

Theyre both effective, but i think 4 days are better because you have more days and you don't really need to cram everything in.

Theres definately a lot of debate on this, and im sure you'll get different answers. IMO, i would have the shake/meal first then do your cardio after. Glycogen levels are depleted so fat will obviosly be burned, but IMO muscle will be to. If your looking to cut, just make sure your in a calorie defecit and you'll lose the fat. I have done both and feel much more comfortable eating before morning cardio....everyones different so...
