These 2 market makers are ruining the stock. Simply put. They did it 2
weeks ago and they're doing it again this week. They trade the stock
between themselves and report them as sells so both of them will have to
downtick the price. And yet Scottrade (your clearing house) says no you
can't buy the stock only sell for they're taking measures to shake NSS off.
What an excuse.
