Thread: There a way to stretch out pullup bands?

I just got my iron woody pullup assist bands in the mail and they are extremely tight to the point I need a step ladder to put my foot into it. Is there a way to get them to stretch a little better to where I can pull it to the ground? I have used bands before and have been able to bring one down all the way to the ground to allow my foot to get into it but these are impossible....

I always do assisted pullups with my knee in the band. . . .?

I just got a mental picture of you tying one end of the band to your house and the other to the trailer hitch on your car, driving forward about 10 or 12 feet and then setting the parking brake. Hey, it could work. . .or at least make for a great story.

I just got a mental picture of you tying one end of the band to your house and the other to the trailer hitch on your car, driving forward about 10 or 12 feet and then setting the parking brake. Hey, it could work. . .or at least make for a great story.
