The reason for your phone memory showing full would be due the unnecessary files not been deleted from your phone. The other thing would be your memory card would have some virus which is due affecting your phone. Scan your memory card by connecting your phone to the PC via cable connection provided with the box. Scan it completely and remove if any virus. It might help you in not showing your phone memory full if it is not full.
