Interesting idea Fay. Would buy 8 cans of stella for ?7.50, drink two or three a night, sometimes four. So I'd say ?2.81 a day.

What a great idea Fay for the savings. I would say mine averages out at ?6 per day. And I love the book club idea too. Shame we can't all swap books and make super money-savings! I would like to suggest a book (mostly for the laydeees I would have thought) called "A Hopeless Romantic" by Harriet Evans. It was a wonderful, fun read about the love life of a hugely likeable main character ...

Just whizzing in quickly Hope you are all ok. I am on 11 AFDs now YM - had a couple of unexpected evenings out so thrown me a bit but hope to rack up one or two more before the month is out Is it you next month Fay? Please can you put me down for my usual 10? Might be having a few days away at some point so not expecting the best month I have ever done Off to try to catch up...

Fay, the woman who walked into doors is one of my favourite books! Im getting goosebumps just thinking of it. A very sad but true tale x Fay once again managed to text me the minute I was about to walk into offy, the word stick was mentioned, insert eek smiley! Came out of said shop with a packet of twiglets and nothing else. Will have to log in on my phone tonight cos OH in a poker ...

Waves to Jo well done lovie :0 Fluffy B it is me so duly noted Cazza - if you have that book i'd happily borrow it and pay the postage? Its sort of liek a book club then?? 60p should be about the size of a paperbacks postage? What do you think PHEW - glad you all the responses to the money saving are positive - thought maybe it was a step too far - I just know how much it motivated ...

Uh oh, anybody have any experience having a sick child while working as temp? I think I better dig out my contract as it seems DD will be off school tomorrow. She is snuffly, hot and have had bad tummy.

Pledged 498 had 312 AF days which is 63% in 81% of time And full table here I am not going to make my target as had glass of wine yesterday with my Christmas lunch. Having relaxing boxing day and BF is cooking something that smells delicious for lunch and afterwards I am hoping to curl up with a new book and box of fudge. Bliss.

Out-laws came for tea and were remarkably well behaved. They even ate my food (normally MIL turns up with a...
