The "execute...prior to July 1" in the 100-1 reverse split press release
was at best deceptive. I bought back in well after July 1 thinking the r/s
was no longer authorized. I know the r/s was still authorized when it was
executed (in a STRICT legal sense) but the "prior to July 1" suckered me in
as it was INTENDED to do by this company.
