Thread: The 'Palms' Increase in Maintenance Fees

I would really be questioning the HOA on the fitness center. Is there a plan down the road to eliminate the use of facilities at World Center. I am sure they will sight some survey they took from all of those convention people, exchangers and a few owners that show people wanted an onsite fitness center. I plan to contact the HOA to learn more. I don't mind a one-time charge to upgrade the onsite exercise facilities, but I would continue to use the OWC fitness facilties for the superior weight training equipment. I hope this is not a sign that the Palms owners will no longer be able to use the facilities at the OWC hotel. This would eliminate the only reason to continue to own Royal Palms, now that the points have been significantly...
