Thread: The One And Only Lav Inop: VCE On The E135

Started 1 month, 1 week ago by FLIEGER67
The one and only lav inop: VCE on the E135 Ciao, dear readers, collecting another new plane type isn´t that bad, or not?. The Embraer E 135 comes to my mind, the AFAIK smallest jet airliner in commercial airline service nowadays. And after some more "lonely nights at the laptop" there was another daytrip possible. Ok, some three weeks after arriving ...

OMG, a dream flight with Embraer! Thank you very much for sharing this experience, Markus! Embraer is still appearing on my wish-list. I hope I can fly this beauty soon! I like the airport logo's on your TR ! Really original! And certainly look forward to your experience with QR ! Cheers, Suryo

Hi Markus, very interesting report with nice pictures from Venice. The ERJ135 is still missing in my log, not easy to get. Quoting FLIEGER67 ( Thread starter ): 25 minutes now for me at LYS , if there will be no issue with the next flight. That's a really tight connection. Have you ever missed a flight because of that? Quoting FLIEGER67 ( Thread starter ): And ...

Hallo Markus, Thanks for this report about a nice little daytrip. Those pictures of Venice were good - I've always regarded that place as too touristic for me, but maybe I should change my mind and give it a try. Also congrats on the E135 - I had somehow thought that I'd logged a lot of segments on it but I checked my log and found only one - a CF bird. There are a few more on the ...

Hi Markus, Very nice report once again. Congratulations to your first Emb135-flight - a really rare type of aircraft indeed. I know that Emb135 as well as Emb145 are used on STR - LYS by Air France. So did you really know in advance that it would be an Emb135 on your particular flight? It would have been a pity ending up on an Emb145 instead... Quoting FLIEGER67 ( Thread ...

Quoting FlyingFinn76 ( Reply 3 ): I was trying to nail that airport down, but couldn't really. My top choices are BGY and VRN , but it doesn't look right judging from the Google Maps satellite image. Can anyone shed any light? Oh, now I got it. It's actually TRN - I thought you'd be flying a more northernly route.

Hi Markus, once again congrats with this good routing. The Emb170 is for sure a nice one, good picture above the Alps! Emb135; flown this myself on AF -Regional too, CFE - AMS . It was not my most comfortable experience, a bit shaky all ride long, but nevertheless I enjoyed it. Regards, Eric

Hi Markus, Once again another interesting TR (but then again this is what we expect from you )! Are there any airliners left on your "to do" list? Is the Lyon service always a ERJ135 or does it depend on loadings? Quoting FLIEGER67 ( Thread starter ): Northern Italy: Any idea's on the airport in the picture? It's so sad to see the Alpi Eagles Fk100's & the ...

Quoting FLIEGER67 ( Thread starter ): "Good morning all pax on AF to LYS . There is a minor technical problem with the plane, it is one lavatory on that machine and this is inoperable. We will wait for ten more minutes, so that all pax had the chance to join the restroom at the airport. LUV IT ! Last time I heard this was on a 2:20hrs flight from HAM to PMI on...

@Chris: Thanx a lot for your information. While the Yak was in mind, but I wasn´t sure if it is still in scheduled pax service, the FRJ is definitely a good target to correct my list. Greetings, Markus (FLIEGER67)
