Replying to: The Never-Ending Sinus Headache THank you so much for that reply. I haven't tried the netty pot yet. It just seems like it wouldn't do anything. BUT I know aot of people that swear by it so....I'll give it a shot. Right now my Dr. has me taking Firocet for the pain but nohting I use to treat the sinus symptoms seems to work. Any suggestions if the nety pot doesn't work?

Some call it the pg cold b/c it just feels like you have a cold that lasts forever but if you already have sinus issues it's much worse. I have also been having a good deal of headaches lately and have found that sitting in the bathroom with the shower on hot and breathing the steam helps me. I suppose that may be like a neti pot.
