Thread: The M1911 Pistols Organization Forums Site - Any advantages/disadvantages to short slide lock and beveled frame

Can someone post a pic of the non-beveled frame with shortened slide stop. I've often wondered how that would look. It does seem that NH takes out less material on their bevel for the shortened slide stop than some others do.

I suspect it would look about the same as the hammer pin installed...unless they contour the edge.
