The FU is certainly a coincidence, but still...the move is something I'm sure many past and present executives of the states and fed would love to do at times, and ought to follow precedent if applicable. It's as old as the Bible for politicians to concentrate on often focus on fluff over stuff to avoid heavy liftings and it's a help IMO to send a message on that where it's gotten way out of hand.
