If Yao's career ends today is he a top 25 Center All-time?
No more tears hoops fans, but we might need some band-aids as we go Johnson and Johnson with the #99 and #98 spots. Point guard Kevin Johnson who made his mark mainly with the Phoenix Suns in the 1990's and wing Marques Johnson who made his with the Bucks in 1980's. Both had their primes cut short by injury but are undoubtedly remembered by those who saw them as two of the more talented and ...
Somehow it worked, somehow Karma didnt step in and punish San Anntonio for tanking in 1987 to help them land the #1 pick and a franchise big man, than in 1997 they pulled the same crap again and eventually wound with 4 NBA Championships by 2007. But lets start at the beginning with 87. A Spurs team that was fresh off the Iceman\Artis Gilmore era and searching for a new identity in the NBA; the turned the season over to the likes of Alvin...

Re: The GOAT List: 100 Greatest Players in Basketball History And even now GOAT. You choose to reply to the post related to KJ and not the post related to Tiny Archibald which is what the thread is currently about. This is after bringing up KJ out of nowhere when we were specifically talking about what the thread is about right now, and that was Tiny. Why are you continuing to push this thread towards KJ's direction? I don't get it....

Worthy has three rings and a Finals MVP; if Dirk gets one ring in his prime he jumps Big Game James on this list. He probably tops him when all is said and done anyway. I could see...

Ginobili was the 5th option in 2003 and third in '05 and '07. He was brilliant in the '05 Finals which is the only viable argument for him as as a third option. YOU NEVER WATCH THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS RUNS IN 05 AND 07....GINOBILI WAS ALWAYS THE SECOND OPTION.
