This would be no time for political gain or advantage over a tragic happening such as this. One reason or another for that matter. But still when evaluating the these horrid events one comes to a conclusion or two.

The Second is an individual law abiding right not a 'state right'. The murder in mass (Fort Hood) would prove this factor. The United States Supreme Court should be aware of these factors when case questions should be coming their way for decision.
