Today I had for breakfast 3 scoops of protein powder, i cup of oats, two bananas and a litre of soymilk.

sounds pretty heavy going, what is that like 120g of protein?
This morning I had a lovely soya latte with some stem ginger cookies. (Then a huge bowl of oats)
It was easy Baldy - you got to eat man.
Today's training (although essentially secret) yielded a 110kg squat (without a magic fucking belt), a farmers walk of 20 metres with 65kg in each hand and some Jimmies with 120kg accross the shoulders.
That, obviously, was just the warmup.
Tonight's secret work yielded some pushpresses: a triple at 70, a double at 75, and a single at 77.5 (used the pink weights).
The single was celebrated at lockout with the screamed phrase:
