a filler is an episode that is not related to the storyline of the anime, meaning it does not follow the manga. it is just some episode placed into the anime to space out the episodes further so the show can go on. if not when the anime catches up with the manga, there would be nothing left to animate.

same same...Bleach in Jap n subs in Chinese just don't do it for me either. besides, my bf's Chinese also very bad..haha. and yah, it does take longer to read off Chinese..i guess it depends on which language u use daily. for English-speaking, English subs is definitely the first choice. heh yup i think Thursday afternoon is the earliest lah..
