The Dark Knight Bruce Wayne vs Norman Osbourne Spider-Man's greatest enemy. Standard Equipment including the Batmobile and Glider with no prep.

Batman handles him, especially with the Batmobile, which gives him access to everything else he owns.

GG stomps Bat, the only way Bats can win is this fight being written by DC, even if Bats managed to put GG in a H2H situation, GG can tear his body apart.

Goblin is incredibly powerful and dangerous, I mean a lot more than the Joker, I can't believe someone put his arsenal on the same page as Joker... really... However, Norman Osborn has tons of pyschological chinks in his armor. That is Batman's specialty. Random fight: Goblin stomps a mudhole in Batman. Were Goblin one of Batman's rogues, however, Batman would over time figure out...
