Goblin is incredibly powerful and dangerous, I mean a lot more than the Joker, I can't believe someone put his arsenal on the same page as Joker... really... However, Norman Osborn has tons of pyschological chinks in his armor. That is Batman's specialty. Random fight: Goblin stomps a mudhole in Batman. Were Goblin one of Batman's rogues, however, Batman would over time figure out his weakness(s) and be able to deal with him.

Goblin wins, would be more interesting if Bats has the Beyond suit too.

GG stomps Bat, the only way Bats can win is this fight being written by DC, even if Bats managed to put GG in a H2H situation, GG can tear his body apart.
