Cause I don't like pulling out the neck and gizzards either When I was younger I had asked the guy at the meat counter if I could get a turkey without the neck and gizzards he said no oh you were being sarcastic lol Well now that she named it, we are having egg sandwichs Happy
She'll do fine.... you'll be so proud of her. When I did my first, I stared at it in the sink, barenaked (the turkey, not me), cold and under running water...didn't want to put my hand inside to pull the stuff out...yech!!!!! I almost fainted touching it. Let us know all the details, Ronny. lol
We'll be flying home from Chicago a few days before, so we are going simple, a honeybaked ham and all the fixings. I'll make my rum pumpkin cheesecake though.
