Thread: Test E + Anadrol = 5 week log

Started today, figured today was as good as any. Test E - 500mg Anadrol - 100mg Starting weight 260lbs even. There's a digital scale where I train UFC so I'll be using the same scale for every measurement. I don't want to get too caught up with bodyfat, so I'm not going to test it for the 5 week run. I'll be posting pictures as it goes on.

looks similar to the push pull routine i do sometimes. Except shoulders are with chest and tris, and calves are on leg day.

Alright, my biggest issue with the A-50 right now is joing pain (I know, weird). I'm taking vicodin to offset it, but damn, this sh-t hurts. Last nights lift went well. Did chest and triceps. there's a noticible difference in muscle composition on me right now, I'm getting very rounded out. Shoulders are forming out very nicely too. dropping bodyfat as well. I'll chart last nights lift just for the fuk of it: Flat Bench...
