Can anyone really win in a debate comparing who the better singer is between Miley and Britney Spears? Either you like either of them or you don't. They've both had some good songs and they both have appeal in one area or another. Could we all just be happy with that?

If that's even true, Momsen's just jealous because when Duff was 16, "everyone" knew her and she was sort of the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus of her day, unlike Momsen.
