As you sent it special delivery, have you run a trace on Royal Mail to see if the package has been delivered yet?

Hun I am in he same situation and they have told me that they canno offer any assistance until the form is actually scanned on the system, its really annoying because I dont see myself getting tax credits until decemeber and i sent off the form in early october

I'm going through the same thing, sent off cliam on 3rd October, they still haven't recieved it. From the date you post your claim they have 14 days for it to be scanned on to their system. If it isn't they start a trace. They do this for 3 weeks, after which if it still hasn't turned up they send out a new form.
