Nope, no difficulty in swallowing pills! Esp. small ones such as Tamoxifen. I did do a DNA test that said I am a normal metabolizer for Tamoxifen as well as many other drugs. This is a good thing...too bad I'm only weakly ER positive eh? Dianne
