Thread: T-mobiles G-phone help? read info..?

O.k, so I do not currently have a contract, I havent had one for 3 years. I am not happy with the phone I currently have (thats not important) and I am looking at the G-phone (google phone). Could I use this phone if I don't get a contract? What I'm saying is that, if I get this phone with no contract, could I still use it? I have T-mobile

You can get the G1 from wherever, it doesnt matter because it will work like normal. All you have to do is take out the SIM card from your current phone and put it in the G1.

yes but you will have to pay full price for it like 400 bucks and they will not sell it to you without a data plan, but you would probably be better of buying one on craigslist since you dont want a contract and just put your sim in, the only problem is you might not be able to get pic text w/out a media plan
