It would be one heck of a fight. If Goten and Trunks would have trained everyday, they would have been the strongest people in the universe.

Goten will beat Android 18 up

Uh, I think that 18 can beat Goten normal form, and tie with Trunks normal form, but Trunks SSJ form will probably beat her. Remember, she was supposed to be strong, but not as strong as the USSJ or ASSJ people, nor as strong as Android 17 or Android 16 (not even Cell).
