Here's the recipe for my favourite italian dish ever, and an old favourite to most people, Bolognese ragu, I learnt the proper recipe in Bologna, and now I'm bringing this shit to you guys, it takes a long time to cook but once you got the hang of it it's easy to make and doesn't require much attention after the first few steps.
