does this mean that the white half of Obama will pay reparations to his black half, or is this schizophrenia, or are people of mixed race exempt from paying reparations or perhaps they only have to pay half

In America there were actually several groups brought over. Black slaves... were actually primarily brought to America at the end of the 1700's and used primarily by the south on plantations. But in the beginning through out the 1600's; mainly, there were indentured servants who were bought and basically paid for. The day the US orders payment of "reparations" to blacks is the last day I pay taxes in this country. EVER. I'll lose everything and go to prison before I'll pay another DIME. And I mean that with God as my witness. I never owned a slave, and have never participated in ANY program or agenda to repress people of color (ANY color).
