Nathalie, it's gorgeous!! I am so impressed Thanks for the tips on blocking. They'll definitely come in handy if I ever get the courage to try something as lovely as this shawl.

Wow, what a beautiful shawl! I'm green with envy, the color is just lucious and looks great with your color hair. Thanks for all the information on blocking, especially that the mats can be found at Toys 'r' Us.

Nathalie, your shawl is totally awesome! This has already been ripped out three times and I'm rapidly becoming a knotted nitwit. I am at the end of row one of the 3rd budding lace repeat and find that I only have 7 stitches left. I started the row with 57 stitches. I have been placing markers after each repeat but still ended up short. Are all rows supposed to end up exact? ...

It's jaw-dropping gorgeous...beautifully done! When you're on that cruise (or anywhere in public) make sure you have a hand on, or are aware of, your shawl at all times. It's definitely a "stealer". The first Irish knit scarf I made for my sister was stolen right off her back as she was walking through Heathrow Airport in London. The second scarf is now inconspicuously pinned to her coat! JudyD
