I'm not sure what security charges is that as it's written in the advertisement in The Star last weekend. Don't think will be the RM100 per month.. Perhaps, you can ask your SA about it. Looks like the price increased again. Can't imagine what the price will be when they open up the final 2 rows. Potential buyers should grab 1 unit as soon as possible before all the attractive packages ends. I heard south have better...

Not in Damansara damai area, u can try Tiara Puteri at Bukit Rahman Putera, semi -D below RM900K, or 3 storey link house in Selayang by Mah Sing group, both are free hold
