First, it was a lot of fun, next there was a LOT to learn and I feel like I've only scratched the surface. There were some turns that I got right off the bat and some that I didn't get at all.

Glad you had a good time at your first track day.
I do have one piece of advice though. Keep working with instructors. I've seen so many newbs in such a rush to advance to solo and then have it all end in tears. Trust me, you need it and the other drivers on the track with you will appreciate it.
... and, because different styles suit different people, its good to have different instructors. My second instructor showed me some vastly different shift points and lines, and it made a world of difference. Neither was wrong, just some felt more comfortable an allowed me to work on different aspects.
Pumping was also a bit of a challenge---my output was down a bit, but considering the stress of the day, it wasn't that bad. (And the new pump is helping tremendously; it's nice to not have to stress about that anymore!) I really do hope that by the time classes start, Baby Jane will be down a feeding or two, so that I don't have to pump so much during the day. The pumping itself is not bad, but ...
