  I use MSN Premium that comes with my Verizon Fios service, and paid for Premium even before I switched to Fios. I like the interface A LOT. However, I am having more and more "freezing" issues with it on my computer (Dell desktop running Windows XP with all current updates.) I will go to a site that has a java application running, and the whole page will freeze - I am routinely Ctrl-Alt-Delete-ing through the Task...

  I'm just a home user, but I'll throw in my advice. It might not be a problem with MSN Premium. I have MSN Dialup on my XP and Vista PC's, but I have it set to connect using my LAN instead of the dialer because I just got an Alltel Wireless Access card and can finally get high speeds. Anyway, I'm not having a significant problem with MSN Explorer on either PC. Make sure you have the lastest version of Premium....

  The MSN browser software is just a wrapper for Internet Explorer. Since you subscribe through Verizon's Fios service (don't know what that is, but have Qwest DSL myself) then Verizon Customer Support is your recourse for these sorts of problems.
