I use MSN Premium that comes with my Verizon Fios service, and paid for Premium even before I switched to Fios. I like the interface A LOT. I'm just a home user, but I'll throw in my advice. It might not be a problem with MSN Premium. I have MSN Dialup on my XP and Vista PC's, but I have it set to connect using my LAN instead of the dialer because I just got an Alltel Wireless Access card and can finally get high speeds. Anyway, I'm not having a significant problem with MSN...

The MSN browser software is just a wrapper for Internet Explorer. Since you subscribe through Verizon's Fios service (don't know what that is, but have Qwest DSL myself) then Verizon Customer Support is your recourse for these sorts of problems. &nbsp; I'm just a home user, but I'll throw in my advice. It might not be a problem with MSN Premium.
