Hi All,
I am a Type - 2 Diabetic for 4-5 years now... I am into Amateur BodyBuilding since last 1 year. Since then I have been able to successfully manage my Diabetes.
Now I want to grow... My Coach has advised me to take Creatine Monohydrate and Stanazolol.
My Question here is that is it okay for me to take any of these above supplements. If yes, any specified dosage... My ...

Creatine will not effect your glucose readings or anything else to cause an issue with being a diabetic! It does not effect my sugar readings at all!
