I'm getting angry. I pay on a monthly basis so every hour I can't use my software I pay for it. How do I uninstall and reinstall my subscription if the disc may be faulty, more than one program never loaded. I'm starting to regret using this style of package. I just loaded the design premium subscription edition but it stopped half way through the second disc and flash never loaded and I dont know what else may not have loaded. If some-one can help me fix this I would appreciate it. Thanks peter

I am unfamiliar with any subscription edition. Contact whomever you paid for the product. If you bought it from the Adobe Store, contact Technical Support. Installation support is free for current versions.
