Thread: Su27 crash on Radom AirShow Poland

Today on Radom AirShow 2009 Belorussian Su27UB has crashed killing both crew members. Machine hit the ground away from airfield, hundrets meters from nerby civilian buildings. Analysys of the video sugests pilot error, but no official statement bout cause will be anounced before end of the investigation. Condolences to their families and friends.

I'm starting to think that the eastern block airforces need to spend a bit more time on maintainance if it was down to that, and display flying discipline if it was down to that. Impressive shows should always be secondary to maintaining safe distance and altitude limits for the manuvoures being performed.
