Thread: Structured Cross-References will be the death of me.

I've almost got my application perfect, except for the "special" items.  I'm a little confused with read/write rules and I'm not even sure they are mandatory, so I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm in FrameMaker 9, structured environment.  I'm not round-tripping; I am only exporting to XML from .fm files. When I export anything with a cross-reference, I receive the following error:...

I answered my own question In the DTD, the cross-reference element must be EMPTY
