Been feeling great and got to an ultimate low weight this week but the last two days have just been stressful. Between school, studying, missing my boyfriend, applying to nursing school, I am just stressed and want and need a break! So how am I taking that break? Eating ofcourse and as usual. It doesn't help and just makes me procrastinate so why do ...

gah i feel like ive just met my match. Rather its with school or with my 2 jobs or my long distance relationship, i know exactly what you are feeling! I know what u mean about procrastinating and feeling like you need to take a break... but then while trying to break you end up worrying about everythingggg else! my advise to you or what i have had to ...
