I recently picked up a copy of Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath, and completed an online assessment of the same name using a code that was included in the book. I really like the idea of playing to your strengths (although I'm not opposed to honing those that aren't so sharp!), however, I find that the descriptions of the 34 strengths in the book are quite brief and vague.
