Hello, everyone, my English is not so well, but I'll try to ask . I try to organize streaming in local network for the first time, so i got some questions. I want to stream video out on one computer (comp1) and watch it on other computers simply using ip-addres of comp1. As I read in the manual I can do like that: vlc -vvv c:\video.avi --sout udp:192.168.0.1 --ttl 12 and on the computer with IP ...

hi, concerning your first question, you can see the video on comp1 with vlc video.mp4 :sout=#duplicate{dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=IP- Adress-comp2:port},dst=display}

tip: instead of using "udp:192.168.0.1" (deprecated), you should use "udp://192.168.0.1". The same applies for other protocols.
