So they story is i was charged for an at fault accident even though it wasnt my fault ticket was for "failed to stop at a red light" and was based on a witness statement.
I was driving my buddy's car and went through the whole rehab process with a settlement in the end.
I hired legals to take care of it, went to court, witness never showed up, and charges were dropped.

Nope.. According to the fault determination rules, just having been charged with an HTA offense gives you at least partial blame for the collision. As far as your rates/renewal are concerned, partial = total.

Sorry, I meant to say that there was a link to the Fault Determination Rules from the FSCO website. I provided a direct link to the rules for convenience.
I was going through an intersection as the lights turned yellow, but some dude in a red truck ran a solid red. I was going west and he was going north and i ended up t-boning him, which made it look like it was my fault but i had the right of way. The truck had apparently did a barrel roll before landing on its side. There was also a red light camera at the intersection pointing in the direction ...
