So, by now there have been a coupla more episodes of SGU to get a feel for where the series is going. I hated it when I first saw it, though I must admit that it's grown on me just a bit since the pilot episode. I guess, for me, the worst thing about the series is how they handicapped themselves right up front with the basic premise of the show. Also, it has that 'been there/done that' feel. ...
I have to agree completely. My 8 year old son and I watch Top Gear together and laugh like crazy. I love the fact that he likes British humour. I have every episode and sometimes we go back and watch the old ones for fun.

While I don't have every episode, I have to agree that TG is one of the most re-watchable shows ever. Some folks don't like the American bashing Clarkson goes off on, but really, he bashes everybody (and was no kinder to the Brith automakers when they did the cheap brit ...
I watch it when I see it on, and they are doing something with a super sports car. I also get a kick out of the British humor. The last episode I saw was the "race" between the eurofighter and the Veyron. I believe they said they took the Veyron from a standing start, to 180+mph, back to zero to turn around, in one mile.
Penn looked good on the Countdown show. He has the Marinivichs training him. They are some of the best strength and conditioning coaches out there. I'm not a big fan of BJ or Diego, but in this fight, I want BJ to finish Diego in highlight real fashion.

Yeah, when Erika had her little fit there at the end I just wanted her to lose all the more. I never liked those two and was glad that they lost. Really liked watching the Globetrotters, though, and would have liked to have seen them neck and neck with the winners at the end. They were likable and good to watch.
He was a character, but had a heart as big as Texas. This is him jacking with my other guitarist friend, Rusty Burns. Rusty jamming with Dime and Pantera at a benefit show in Houston
I just gained a lot of respect for her. I knew she wrote her own stuff but I had no idea that she could play piano like that. Definitely tons of talent in a talentless genre. I kind of hope that she progresses into more musical sounding music and moves away from the pop stuff.
